I recently had dental work done here and I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. My situation wasn’t simple—I came in feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable after some past dental work elsewhere that did not go well. I had a chipped front tooth since I was young, and over the years my dental journey has been a long one, especially without insurance growing up. So walking in, I was nervous and honestly a bit overwhelmed.
Dr. Jack Ringer was incredible. He was not only highly skilled, but also kind, patient, and understanding. He made the process feel smooth and as comfortable as possible, and I immediately felt I was in the right hands. They were able to make me a temporary tooth right away, which meant so much to me—I walked out feeling like myself again.
I also have to mention Kim at the front desk. She is truly the heart of the office. She is always so kind, organized, and helpful, and she somehow manages to coordinate everything seamlessly. She has always gone out of her way to get me in quickly when I’ve had issues, and that level of care is rare.
The entire team made me feel supported during a time when I really needed it. This office doesn’t just fix teeth—they restore confidence. I’m so thankful I found them and would highly recommend Dr. Ringer and his team to anyone looking for compassionate

FIVE YEARS OF BAD REVIEWS STILL TELLING THE TRUTH
I paid 26k for veneer replacement after the doctor conducted a full exam and provided a written evaluation confirming I was a suitable candidate. I trusted his professional judgment and moved forward with treatment.
Within less than a year, the veneers failed. Despite passing his exam and having documentation in writing, the doctor is now blaming me for his failure. This directly contradicts the evaluation I was given before treatment. I requested a refund due to this failed promise, but I am still waiting for resolution.
This experience lacked transparency, respect, professionalism, and integrity. In addition to the financial loss, I have been left with continued pain, sensitivity, and bite misalignment. I was also told the veneers were too thin, which led to the doctor chipping them during the polishing procedure. Other dentists I consulted have confirmed these issues, reinforcing that the treatment was poorly executed. 26k is not a minor expense -- it is a significant investment, and patients deserve results that match the cost. When a provider's own evaluation clears a patient, accountability should rest with the provider if the treatment fails.
I strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to read all the reviews, especially the one star reviews. Many of those reviews were written over 5 years ago, yet they are still telling the truth based on my experience. Do not dismiss them -- they provide important warnings that I wish I had taken more seriously before committing to this treatment.

I have also filed a formal complaint with the dental board, which has confirmed my case is open and under review.
This situation has left me with lasting pain, sensitivity, bite misalignment, and now the loss of four teeth. For anyone considering similar treatment, please take the one‑star reviews seriously. My experience confirms that the concerns raised years ago are still happening today.

This was my first visit to Dr Jack Ringer DDS. I was there for my first appointment for my Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD. Dr. Ringer was very informative and has extensive knowledge on the subject matter. It was a very comfortable environment. I highly recommend his practice to anybody in need of a Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD)

Dr. Ringer is easily one of the best cosmetic and family dentists in the OC! I first went in with my teeth in a total mess, and he developed an entire phased plan that was actually doable and affordable for me. If you’re looking for high-end cosmetic work, his eye for detail is unmatched—my teeth are beautiful now.
What really sets this practice apart is the culture of the office. As someone without insurance, the cash discounts and the fact that they worked with me on a payment plan made all the difference. Kim at the front desk is top-notch; she goes out of her way to remind you of appointments and makes sure the financial side is realistic and manageable.
The dental hygienist is incredibly patient, gentle, and knowledgeable, and the specialists they refer out to for extractions or root canals are just as amazing. Most importantly, nobody here makes you feel embarrassed or bad about what you’re going through. It is a completely judgment-free, professional, and kind environment. Dr. Ringer & his staff have been wonderful over the years. I recently had to have a root canal done & Dr. Ringer put my crown in following the procedure. He was very accommodating to get me in the same day I had the root canal done & then thereafter have made adjustments to my bite. I was able to get in right away & didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Ringer & his staff have been professional & wonderful to me during my treatment.
